Design for eBay

Design leadership at eBay — a global platform with over 180M daily users. I currently lead a design team within the shopping experience where we make it easy for customers in over 100 different markets to have more control over how they spend and ship — ultimately, giving them more choices and getting more of the unique things they want.

At eBay, I’ve built product design, innovation, vision, strategy, and research teams. I recruit eBay’s top talent and create environments where designers can do their best work in harmony with their personal lives. I like to make sense of messy problems, to find untapped opportunities, to imagine things in new ways, and to illuminate the path forward. I’m a multiplier, a coach, and a creative leader. I like to have fun in my work, and I’m an outdoors explorer in my personal life.
