About

A post-industrial type of designer

Why so post? Well, I’ve focused my designerly lens on solving complex problems at scale—where my deep passion for innovation and meaningful impact comes to life. In a nutshell, I love making sense of things, outlining opportunities, and designing the best path forward.

Sometimes, that path is a new product, service, or experience (big things), sometimes it’s a negotiation, or mindfully listening over a good cup of coffee (everyday things).

I hold a master’s degree in design and am currently a design strategy leader at eBay, where I help design future interactions within an awesomely diverse global marketplace. Occasionally, you may find me teaching Interaction Design at the California College of the Arts, or sailing on the San Francisco Bay.
